| Can my release be not published? |
| Yes, it can. Your release can be banned from publishing on our website if it disapproved by editorial team as not-matching our policies and requirements or for other reasons (quite rare). Usually in case of declined release you are notified by email with explanation of underlying reasons. | The 'Image' link is shown next to release in your account page which you can use to upload your image to server. Image size is defined as 200x150 pixels. Images of other ratio will be trimmed. You can upload files of a size up to 100 Kb. |

| What is the URL of my press release? |
| The URL is formed with your release head and ID displayed on account's page. The URL looks like http://www.pressreleasebureau.com/some-words-from-your-release-head-XXXXX.html, where XXXXX – is your release ID. |
| How to change log-in password? |
| To change log-in password you need to enter your account, open 'Your account' pad, section 'Change password'. Type old password and repeat new password twice. Press 'Change' button. The password will be changed. |
| I forgot my password. Please help me to recover it! |
| On password recovery PressReleaseBureau.com sends letter with password to your emailbox address used as a login. Password recovery can be found in 'Sign in' section under 'Forgot your password?' link. Follow the link and fill in the offered form with email address as a login name. Press 'Send' button. The password will be sent to your email address. |
