Milwaukee-Based Fitness Expert Featured in Multiple National Publications in February

BJ Gaddour, CEO of local startup, StreamFIT.com is being featured this month in multiple national fitness outlets including Shape, Men’s Health and MSN’s Fitbie.com. BJ Gaddour’s stock as a go-to expert for metabolic conditioning and home fitness is quickly rising as StreamFIT gains popularity and his unique take on exercise is being recognized by fitness enthusiasts and top publications.

Shape.com featured a special Q&A with BJ Gaddour entitled “What Not to Say to Personal Trainers.” Shape contacted him when the video he created “S___ Women Say to Personal Trainers” went viral immediately after hitting YouTube. The Q&A is a light-hearted article about what it is like to be a trainer and how a client can get the most out of a trainer-client relationship.

Gaddour also provided innovative ways to use a barbell for Fitbie.com’s “12 New Things to do with Fitness Equipment” article. Gaddour will have further articles and contributions throughout the year with these publications/websites.
