At the Industry Security Technology Forum December 14th 2011 in Tel Aviv, ITAVA Systems presented the worlds lowest end-to-end latency solution and the security industry participants were greatly impressed by the first coded real live-wireless-transmission.
ITAVA Systems now takes the next step by enhancing the unique Live CoDec product line and will launch a new CoDec for summer 2012 whose capabilities include the possibility to add data to the encoded video stream as a separate channel. The new release combined with audio transmission will allow a wide range of functions, adding support for audio and telemetry data to the video coding system while keeping it ultra low delay and allowing multiple streams with several levels of delays, image resolutions and qualities. Using the new ITAVA Live CoDec with audio support, it is possible to fully replace old-fashioned high latency video transmission systems.
ITAVA Systems is a world leader in the development of low latency video coding and embedded system design. The company combines almost 15 years of experience in the embedded systems area especially in FPGA programming as well as image processing and video coding. This experience enables ITAVA Systems to implement customer-specific solutions in programmable logic or provide netlists for ASIC tapeouts.
