Your press release publishing ways
Press releases are published at our website on first-come, first-serve basis.
Every day we publish recent press releases on the main page of our website. We offer both free and paid options of release hosting. After submitting the release you can pay the fee for setting it the higher position in the list of releases submitted on the publication date; the paid hosting option also has more services enabled for use. Press releases are indexed with search engines regardless of type of hosting (whether it is free or paid option), however the higher position of your release in the list the wider it will become visible for internet search. After publication your press release will be available at our website and searchable in the Internet till you delete it from your account manager. We do not recommend doing that, however under some circumstances it can be done. Following release hosting options are offered:
*- Feature of adding the image appears as 'Image' link in the right column of submitted release list on your account manager page.
**- The links are added by enclosing the link text with square brackets (e.g. TEXT , where http://www.tosomewhere.com is the URL of referenced resource).
Your press release layout
The release must be formatted according to the following pattern:
- Header . Up to 200 symbols. The title of your press release.
- Summary . Up to 500 symbols . The brief summary of the release. This is used primarily for RSS and news bulletins. On the page it is displayed in a larger font size than the release's body. Description should not replicate a part of the release's body, e.g. first paragraph, but be telling the core point of the release. This information is read second after the header. The release will be read if its summary catches reader's attention.
- Main body . From 500 to 6000 symbols long, it is advised to include about 400 words. This is the main content of the press release.
- Contact details. This provides name of your company, contact person, URL of your company's website, email address and phone number. Some contact details are not mandatory and might be omitted except email address.
